You will need to supply us with exact details of the location of the swarm. Unfortuantely it is not always possible to retrieve a swarm if it is located in roof voids, thatched roofs, wall cavities. In this case you would need to contact pest control but we would be happy to help in making this decision.
Note that for locations further than 15 miles from Brackley we would need to make a small charge to cover our fuel expenses.
